RBI Grade B Eligibility Criteria 2025

Age Limit (as on September 01, 2025)

Minimum: 21 years
Maximum: 30 years
Age relaxation for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (up to 10–15 years) as per Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification

General (DR): Graduation with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR Post-graduation with 55% marks.
DEPR: Master’s in Economics/Finance or related fields with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
DSIM: Master’s in Statistics/Mathematics/Data Science/AI/ML or related fields with 55% marks OR 4-year Bachelor’s with 60%.

RBI Grade B Selection Process 2025

The selection will be conducted in three stages:

Phase I (Preliminary Online Exam)
Phase II (Mains – Online/Written Papers)
Interview
Candidates must clear each stage to be shortlisted for the final merit list.
