• W6: ₹41,055
• W7: ₹42,773

Educational Qualification (Post-wise Summary)

• Senior Ship Draftsman: Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline (Minimum 60%) with 2 years experience
• Junior Technical Assistant: Diploma in Engineering (Minimum 60%) with 4 years experience
• Laboratory Assistant (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering
• Laboratory Assistant (Chemical): B.Sc Chemistry
• Storekeeper: Graduate with PG Diploma in Materials Management OR Engineering Diploma
• Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Computer Applications / Business Administration

Higher qualifications like B.Tech or M.Sc are NOT eligible for these posts

Age Limit (as on 12 January 2026)

• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC: 3 Years
  • SC: 5 Years
  • PwBD / Ex-Servicemen: As per Government norms

Selection Process

For Senior Ship Draftsman

• Phase I: Objective Online Test – 70 Marks
• Phase II: Practical CAD Test – 30 Marks

For Other Posts

• Objective Online Test: 70 Marks
• Descriptive Online Test: 30 Marks

There is no negative marking in the exams
