Age Limit (As on Notification Date)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 36 years

Age Relaxation

  • OBC and SC/ST candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per Kerala PSC norms.
  • Provisional employees of Oil Palm India Ltd are eligible for age relaxation up to a maximum of 5 years, subject to conditions.

Educational Qualification

Draughtsman (Civil)Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from a recognised University / Institution.
2) Three years experience in the line from a Statutory Body from Central or State
Government Service or in Public Sector Undertaking or Registered Private Sector
Undertaking
Research Officer1) B.Sc. (Agriculture) or its equivalent from a recognised University / Institution
2) Three years experience in Plant Breeding or in similar line in plantation company
registered under Companies Act 1956 or in Government Departments from
Central or State Government Service or in Public Sector Undertaking or
Registered Private Sector Undertaking.
JCB Operator (Bull Dozer Operator)1) A pass in Std. VII or equivalent qualification.
2) Must possess current motor driving license to drive LMV and HMV with Driver’s Badge.
HMV Driving license shall be of at least 3 (three) years standing and in the case of driving
license issued after 16.01.1979 separate endorsement to drive heavy duty goods vehicles and
heavy duty passenger vehicles.
Midwife1) B.Sc. Nursing or Three year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.
2) Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwifes Council.
Pharmacist1) SSLC pass or equivalent.
2) Diploma in Pharmacy or its equivalent from a recognised University/Institution.
3) Registration with Kerala State Pharmacy Council.
4) Three years experience as Pharmacist in a firm registered under Co-operative Societies
Act/ Companies Act/ a Statutory Body from Central or State Government Service or in
Public Sector Undertaking or Registered Private Sector Undertaking.
Laboratory Technician1) Pass in SSLC with Diploma in Laboratory Technician Course approved by the
Government.
2) Three years experience as Laboratory Technician in a Government / Quasi Government
or a Public / Registered Private Sector Undertaking from Central or State Government
Service or in Public Sector Undertaking or Registered Private Sector Undertaking.
Welder1) ITI Certificate in Welding or Equivalent Certificate in VHSE
2) Three years experience in quality welding jobs such as high pressure process equipments, piping,
pressure vessels, critical component etc. in a firm registered under the Kerala Co-operative
Societies.
Mechanical Assistant1) ITI Certificate in Fitter/Machinist or VHSE Certificate in the equivalent trade.
2) Two years experience in the mechanical field from a firm registered under the Kerala Co-operative
Societies
Cook cum Caretaker1) Certificate in Catering from Government recognised Institute.
2) Two years experience as Cook under Government / Quasi Government/ Public Sector/registered concern
Electrical Line Helper1) ITI Certificate in Electrical/Electrician trade.
2) Valid Wireman Licence and Supervisory Certificate from the Chief Electrical Inspectorate, Kerala.
3) Two years experience in a firm registered under Companies Act 1956 from Central or State Government
Service or in Public Sector Undertaking or Registered Private Sector Undertaking
Boiler Attender1) ITI Fitter trade or equivalent.
2) Competency Certificate as a II Class Boiler Attender
Security Guard1)A Pass in Std. VIII or equivalent.
2) Not less than three years experience in the Armed Force viz. Army, Navy or Airforce.
Power Plant Assistant1) ITI Fitter
2) Competency Certificate as Second Class Boiler Attender.
3) Three years experience in operation and maintenance of Turbine from firm registered under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act 1969

Experience must be acquired after obtaining the basic qualification.

Experience Certificate – Important Instructions

  • Experience certificates must be uploaded along with the online application.
  • Certificates should be in the prescribed Kerala PSC format.
  • Experience claims are subject to strict verification, and submission of fake certificates will lead to legal action.

Probation Period

The probation period will be applicable as per the service rules of Oil Palm India Ltd.
