Eligibility Criteria

1. Supervisor (Mechanical)

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR ITI in relevant trades
• Experience:
  • Diploma: 7 years
  • ITI: 15 years
• Supervisory experience required

2. Supervisor (Electrical)

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics OR ITI
• Experience similar to Mechanical post

3. Supervisor (Finance)

• B.Com / BBA / BBM (Minimum 60%)
• Minimum 7 years experience in Finance & Accounts
• Additional skills like NDT, welding, automation, SAP, MS Excel are preferred

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated salary:

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 45 years (as on 22 April 2026)
• Age relaxation:
  • OBC: 3 years
  • SC: 5 years

Selection Process

The selection process consists of two phases:

Phase 1 – Written Test

• Objective Test (40 marks)
• Descriptive Test (40 marks)

Phase 2 – Presentation

• PowerPoint presentation (20 marks)

• English
• Reasoning
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Technical subjects
