Educational Qualifications

• Projects (Engineering): BE/B.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical (60% marks) – MBA/PG Diploma in Finance preferred.
• Finance: CA/CMA OR MBA/PG Diploma (Finance) with 60% marks.
• Law: LLB (60% marks), LLM preferred.
• HR & Admin: MBA/PGD in HR/PM/IR with 60% marks.
• IT: B.Tech/BE in CS/IT or MCA/PG in CS/IT with 60% marks.
• Economics: Post Graduate in Economics/Business Economics (60%).
• Official Language: PG in Hindi with English at Graduate level (60%).

Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)

• Lateral Positions: 30 – 45 years (depending on post)
• Trainee Officers: Maximum 28 years
• Age Relaxation: As per Govt. norms (SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs)

For Lateral Positions:

• Shortlisting based on eligibility & experience
• Personal Interview

For Trainee Officers:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 150 marks
   • Domain Knowledge – 90 marks
   • General Aptitude (English, Reasoning, Quantitative, GK) – 60 marks
   • Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer
2. Personal Interview – Weightage 20%

Final Selection: Based on CBT (80%) + Interview (20%).

• E-5 (Deputy GM): ₹29.34 LPA
• E-4 (AGM): ₹25.67 LPA
• E-3 (Sr. Manager): ₹21.29 LPA
• E-2 (Manager): ₹17.74 LPA
• E-1 (Trainee Officer): ₹14.19 LPA
