Educational Qualifications

Projects (Engineering): BE/B.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical (60% marks) – MBA/PG Diploma in Finance preferred.
Finance: CA/CMA OR MBA/PG Diploma (Finance) with 60% marks.
Law: LLB (60% marks), LLM preferred.
HR & Admin: MBA/PGD in HR/PM/IR with 60% marks.
IT: B.Tech/BE in CS/IT or MCA/PG in CS/IT with 60% marks.
Economics: Post Graduate in Economics/Business Economics (60%).
Official Language: PG in Hindi with English at Graduate level (60%).

Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)

Lateral Positions: 30 – 45 years (depending on post)
Trainee Officers: Maximum 28 years
Age Relaxation: As per Govt. norms (SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs)

HUDCO Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process

For Lateral Positions:

Shortlisting based on eligibility & experience
Personal Interview

For Trainee Officers:

Computer-Based Test (CBT) – 150 marks
- Domain Knowledge – 90 marks
- General Aptitude (English, Reasoning, Quantitative, GK) – 60 marks
- Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer
Personal Interview – Weightage 20%

Final Selection: Based on CBT (80%) + Interview (20%).
