Educational Qualification & Eligibility

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Qualification:
  • GNM with MOH or DHA License as Assistant Nurse
  • Candidates with Dataflow or ongoing Dataflow are also eligible
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Hospital / Clinic / Homecare
• Age Limit: 20 – 40 years
• Height & Weight:
  • Minimum height 5 feet
  • BMI calculation applicable
• Language:
  • Good communication skills in English

Required Nursing Skills

Applicants should be skilled in:

• Tracheostomy care
• Catheter care
• Bedsore prevention and treatment
• Enteral feeding via NGT or PEG
• Independent homecare nursing
• Strong observation, communication, and critical thinking skills

Working Hours & Overtime

• Duty Schedule:
  • 15 days × 24 hours = 360 hours per month
• Overtime:
  • Eligible for overtime payment if duty exceeds 360 hours per month

Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates will receive the following benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 3,500
• Employment Visa & Contract:
  • Provided by company
  • Contract period: 24 months (2 years)
• Accommodation:
  • Rent-free accommodation
  • Utility bills (SEWA & Internet) approx. AED 100–150 per month
• Transportation:
  • Free pick-up and drop-off provided
• Medical Insurance:
  • Free basic medical insurance
  • In-house GP consultation – Free of cost
