General Manager HR: H.R. Professional with 10-12 years of experience in the manufacturing/service industry, preferably in an organization with over 100 staff.
Purchase Manager: 8-10 years of experience in the furniture retail industry.
IT Manager: B.Tech in CS/IT with 5-6 years of experience in IT administration.
Data Analyst (3) : CA Inter/CMA Inter MBA/MCA/B.Tech with a flair for data analysis.
Corporate Communications Manager : 10 years experience with at least years as a manager in the same line
PRO: 3-5 years of experience as PRO ( Retired peoples also can apply)
Accountant/Office Assistants: B.Com/ graduates with 2-3 years of experience in accounting/administration with computer proficiency
Receptionist: Female graduates with similar experience.
Personal Secretary to CEO: Female candidates with 3-5 years of experience.

Marketing Department (Trivandrum)

Marketing Manager: 5-7 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, digital marketing, and SEO in the retail industry.
CRM Manager: 3-5 years of experience in handling CRM software, analyzing client data with the latest CRM tools.
Tele Callers/Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) 3 : Graduates with 1-2 years of calling experience and good communication skills.

Design & Operations Department (Trivandrum & Cochin)

Design Manager: 3-5 years of experience as HOD/Asst. HOD in handling and developing a team of designers.
Designers (3): 3-5 years of experience in the latest 3D designing software such as 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, Infurnia and Coohom etc.
Officer Estimation: 2-3 years of experience in handling cost estimation; quotation preparation, vendor coordination, and project analysis. Experience in handling large projects with thorough knowledge of the latest market pricing and products
Manager Operations: 3-5 years’ experience in modular furniture or related industry with specialization in customized business. To oversee the overall operation functions.
Project coordinators (10): Across Kerala Civil Diploma Holders with 1-3 years’ experience in site supervision and coordination.

Sales Department – Furniture & Furnishings (Various Locations)

Regional Manager B2B Sales Trivandrun/ Cochin (2): 7-10 years experience in managing dealer sales
Regional Manager B2C sales Trivandrum/Cochin (2): 7-10 years experience in managing retail sales across multiple showrooms
Area Sales Managers (4): B2B Sales: Trivandrum, Calicut, Cochin, Thenkashy: Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in developing dealer business with a specialization in modular furniture industry.
Area Sales managers (4): B2C Sales: Trivandrum-3-5 vears’ experience in handling and developing retail sales through various showrooms in Kerala.
Showroom Managers (3): Trivandrum, Cochin, Trichur & Thenkashy. 3-5 years experience as a Store manager in furniture/related Industries.
Manager Projects Sales (2): 3-5 years experience in developing & coordinating with various govt departments to create and execute various departmental projects
Manager Corporate Sales (2): 3-5 years experience as Sales Manager in B2B sales, with flair in dealing with corporate clients, architects, builder segments.
Assistant Showroom Manager (5): Trivandrum, Cochin, Trichur & Thenkashy. 2-3 years’ experience as Asst. Store Manager in Furniture/Related Industry
Business Development Managers (5): Trivandrum, Cochin, Trichur & Thenkashy. 2-3 years experience as Business Development Manager/Executive with driving license.
Showroom sales executives (10): Trivandrum, Cochin, Trichur & Thenkashy. Graduates with 2-3 years experience in Retail showrooms
Field Executives (12): All Districts. Graduates/Diploma holders with two-wheeler license
Merchandiser (2): Trivandrum/Cochin. 3-5 years as merchandiser & knowledge of furniture trends, styles. and consumer preferences with excellent visual design skills & multitasking abilities. Willing to travel across Kerala.

Sales Department – Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes (Trivandrum)

Manager Sales: Heading the modular kitchen division for driving business through own showrooms, dealer networks, architects, builders, across South India. 5-7 years’ experience in similar field.
Officer sales (4): Trivandrum, Cochin, Trichur: 2-3 years’ experience in developing modular kitchen & wardrobe businesses through showrooms & other sources.
Sales Promoters (15): All districts of Kerala. graduate with a flair for selling (0-2 years experience )

Manufacturing Department (Trivandrum & Thenkashy)

Production/Factory Managers (3 positions) – Kerala and Tamil Nadu. 7-10 years’ experience in manufacturing & production of sofa/modular furniture.
Product Development Manager (2): 5-7 years’ experience in furniture design & development with specialization in the manufacturing process, & proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Solid Works
Manager Quality Control (2): for Sofa/Joinery/modular furniture, 5-7 years’ experience in furniture manufacturing, & proficiency in using measurement tools and testing equipment with BIFMA, ANSI, ISO standards
Sofa Maker (10): 3-5 years experience in making sofas, recliners and loungers. Carpenters (10): 3-5 years’ experience in a joinery factory.
