Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality

Candidates must be:

  • Citizens of India, Nepal, or Bhutan, OR
  • Tibetan refugees who came to India before 1st January 1962, OR
  • Persons of Indian origin who migrated from select countries with the intention of permanently settling in India.

2. Age Limit (as on 30th November 2024)

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 32 years
  • Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, ex-servicemen, and other special categories.

3. Educational Qualification & Experience (as on 30th November 2024)

  • Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with degrees in Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, and Cost Accountancy are also eligible.
  • Experience:
    • Officer/Supervisory Cadre in Banks/NBFCs – Minimum 1 year
    • Clerical Cadre in Banks – Minimum 3 years
    • (Experience in insurance, government financial institutions, and cooperative societies is not considered.)

2. Interview

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Pay: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 (depending on experience and promotions)
  • Additional allowances and benefits as per the bank’s policies.

Probation & Bond

  • Probation Period: 2 years (extendable by 1 year based on performance).
  • Service Bond: ₹3,00,000 for a period of 3 years.
