Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

Candidate must be an Indian Citizen or meet other conditions as per Govt. of India rules.

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)

Minimum Age: 20 years
Maximum Age: 30 years
Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-servicemen, and others as per rules.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Must have minimum 18 months of work experience in Officer Cadre in a Public Sector Bank or Regional Rural Bank.
Experience in NBFCs, Cooperative Banks, Private Banks, Payment Banks, Small Finance Banks, or Fintechs will not be considered.

Salary and Benefits

Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 (with increments as per rules).
Additional benefits include DA, HRA/Leased Accommodation, CCA, Medical, LTC, Pension, and other perks.

Selection Process

The recruitment will be done through:

Online Written Test
- English Language (30 Qs, 30 Marks)
- Banking Knowledge (40 Qs, 40 Marks)
- General Awareness/Economy (30 Qs, 30 Marks)
- Computer Aptitude (20 Qs, 20 Marks)
- Duration: 120 minutes
- Qualifying Marks: 40% (General/EWS), 35% (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
Personal Interview
Local Language Proficiency Test
Final Merit List (Written Test 70% + Interview 30%)
