Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

  • Candidate must be an Indian Citizen or meet other conditions as per Govt. of India rules.

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 20 years
  • Maximum Age: 30 years
  • Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-servicemen, and others as per rules.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Must have minimum 18 months of work experience in Officer Cadre in a Public Sector Bank or Regional Rural Bank.
  • Experience in NBFCs, Cooperative Banks, Private Banks, Payment Banks, Small Finance Banks, or Fintechs will not be considered.

Salary and Benefits

  • Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 (with increments as per rules).

Selection Process

The recruitment will be done through:

  1. Online Written Test
    • English Language (30 Qs, 30 Marks)
    • Banking Knowledge (40 Qs, 40 Marks)
    • General Awareness/Economy (30 Qs, 30 Marks)
    • Computer Aptitude (20 Qs, 20 Marks)
    • Duration: 120 minutes
    • Qualifying Marks: 40% (General/EWS), 35% (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
  2. Personal Interview
  3. Local Language Proficiency Test
  4. Final Merit List (Written Test 70% + Interview 30%)
