Experience

Salary / Compensation

The total CTC (Cost to Company) at the time of joining will range between
Rs. 4.86 lakh – Rs. 5.04 lakh per annum, inclusive of NPS, insurance, and variable pay based on performance.

Terms of Employment

• Position: Junior Officer (Operations)
• Contract Period: Initially for 3 years, renewable based on performance.
• Career Growth: High-performing candidates may be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I) after the contract period.
• Posting: Anywhere in India, as per the bank’s requirement.
