Based in Malpe, Karnataka, UCSL is inviting applications for two high-responsibility executive positions. Open Positions

1. Manager – Hull Quality Control (E3 Grade)

Educational Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
NDT Level 2 Certification is essential.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, and other computer applications is desirable.

2. Deputy Manager – Electrical Design (E2 Grade)

Educational Qualifications:

Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
Desirable knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years in similar industries as above.
Should have experience using design software like AutoCAD, Tribon, Aveva, or CADMATIC.
Preference for candidates familiar with ERP/SAP environments.

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 22 May 2025.

Pay & Benefits

Monthly Emoluments:

Manager: ₹1,15,620
Deputy Manager: ₹96,350

This includes basic pay, dearness allowance, HRA, and other perks. Additional benefits include PF, medical insurance, accident coverage, leave encashment, and performance-based incentives.

Selection Process

The selection involves:

PowerPoint Presentation on work experience (30 marks)
Group Discussion (10 marks)
Personal Interview (20 marks)
Assessment of Work Experience (40 marks)

Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility, and the final merit list will be based on the above components.
