Roles and Responsibilities

Telecaller/Student Counselor
• Excellent oral communication and client-handling skills.
• Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, and program selection, and career planning.
• Dealing with clients/students over the telephone or by e-mail in a polite but effective manner.
• Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/universities and use the knowledge in helping students.
• Assisting with activities to promote Universities represented by the Company.
• Responsible for timely reporting to the Manager

Salary – Rs.10,000 – Rs.20,000/-

Eligibility :
Qualification :Min Degree required
Experience:0-2 years exp in similar field

Team Lead

• Assist the students in short listing the course and institutions.
• To ensure student satisfaction, sorting out the student’s query. Lead them accordingly if they come across any ambiguity.
• Establishing and maintaining good rapport with prospective students.
• Helping students/parents towards a deeper understanding of their concerns.
• Helping students/parents to make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward.
• Set up a sales plan in order to achieve the sales target required by the company.
• Support, motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
• Build up good relationships with students and their families.
• Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services Level.
• Immediate reporting of important issues (service, operational, HR) to direct senior Level, propose solution where possible.
• Other duties reasonably relating to this position.

Documentation Analyst
• Ensuring timely all visa applications process.
• Research on the latest updates of visas.
• Verifying required information provided along with visa applications.
• Good English speaking, writing, reading.
• Maintaining records of the Customers
• Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & background related papers
• Helping team to manage the students and providing advice in preparing the visa files
• Liaising with the students to confirm that everything is done before the interview dat
• Liaising with different embassies as and when required
• Taking appropriate action/ decisions depending on the situation in order to get more visa approvals.
• Undertaking the duties as per the requirement of the business.
• Train students for Visa Interview
Salary – Rs.15,000 – Rs.30,000/-
