The Kerala Development and Innovation Strategy Council (K-DISC), a government think-tank promoting innovation and skill development, has announced job openings under the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM). The recruitment drive, managed by the Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram, invites applications for Programme Manager, Programme Executive, and Programme Support Executive positions on a contractual basis. Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Programme Manager

Vacancies: 05
Location: Thiruvananthapuram
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Age Limit: 35 years (as of 01.02.2025)
Qualification:
- B.Tech/MBA/MSW/Post-Graduation in Science
- Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in industry or skill development projects
Responsibilities:
- Implement skill projects & programs
- Coordinate with industries and stakeholders
- Develop training programs & track their performance
- Prepare project proposals and reports

2. Programme Executive

Vacancies: 04

Location: Thiruvananthapuram
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Age Limit: 30 years (as of 01.02.2025)
Qualification:
- MBA/B.Tech/Post-Graduation in Science, Commerce, or Arts
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage meetings and stakeholder coordination
- Prepare reports & track project performance
- Provide administrative support

3. Programme Support Executive

Vacancies: 06
Location: Thiruvananthapuram
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Age Limit: 28 years (as of 01.02.2025)
Qualification:
- MBA/B.Tech/Post-Graduation in Science, Commerce, or Arts
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project execution & stakeholder coordination
- Prepare documents and reports
- Support administrative tasks

Selection Process

The selection process includes:

Written Test
Skill Assessment (Computer Proficiency & Documentation Skills)
Interview
