Candidates who passed KGTE Typewriting before January 2002 must possess a separate Computer Word Processing Certificate. Only Government-issued Typewriting Certificates are accepted.

• 18 to 40 years
• Born between 02 January 1986 and 01 January 2008 (both dates included)
• Age relaxation is available for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Kerala Government rules. The upper age limit shall not exceed 50 years after relaxation.
