• NTC/NAC Certificate in the relevant trade issued by NCVT.

Junior Manager

• BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline.
• MBA/PG Degree for HR, Finance and Marketing posts.
• Degree with Hindi qualification for Official Language.
• Commerce/Economics Degree for Finance & Accounts.

Assistant Manager

• Engineering Degree
• MBA Finance
• Company Secretary Qualification

Deputy Manager

• BE/B.Tech in relevant discipline
• IT, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, AI, Marketing and PR qualifications as prescribed.

Senior Manager / DGM / AGM / Consultant

• Higher qualifications along with relevant work experience.

Age Limit

Junior Technician / Junior Manager / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

• Maximum 30 Years
• Age relaxation as per Government rules.
