കേരള സംസ്ഥാന പിന്നാക്ക വിഭാഗ വികസന കോർപ്പറേഷൻ ലിമിറ്റഡ് (KSBCDC) പൂർണമായും സർക്കാരിൻ്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള കമ്പനിയാണ്. കേരള സംസ്ഥാന പിന്നാക്ക വിഭാഗ വികസന കോർപ്പറേഷൻ ലിമിറ്റഡിന് (KSBCDC) വേണ്ടി സെൻ്റർ ഫോർ മാനേജ്‌മെൻ്റ് ഡെവലപ്‌മെൻ്റ് (CMD), വിവിധ തസ്തികകളിലേക്ക് യോഗ്യതയുള്ളവരും യോഗ്യതയുള്ളവരുമായ ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികളിൽ നിന്ന് അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. കരാർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലായിരിക്കും നിയമനം. താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് സെൻ്റർ ഫോർ മാനേജ്‌മെൻ്റ് ഡെവലപ്‌മെൻ്റിൻ്റെ വെബ്‌സൈറ്റ് വഴി ഓൺലൈനായി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കാം (www.cmd.kerala.gov.in). ആവശ്യമായ തസ്തിക, ഒഴിവ്, യോഗ്യത, പരിചയം എന്നിവയുടെ വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ ചുവടെ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നു:

Name of Post: Civil Engineer (Vacancy: 01)
Qualification : B.Tech. Civil Engineering
Age (as on 01.11.2024) : 36 Years
Experience : At least 02 years of work experience in the field of onsite supervision of building construction in Government or Public Sector Organization. Knowledge in PWD Manual/KMBR. Experience in Structural Design & Report Preparation.
Pay : Rs. 35,000/- (per month)

Name of Post:Chartered Accountant (Vacancy: 01)
Qualification : Associate Member in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Age (as on 01.11.2024) : 41 Years
Experience : 1. Minimum 3 years of post- qualification experience in practicing CA firms/Govt. Organizations. 2. Mandatory: Experience in Accounts Finalization and preparation of Annual Financial Statements of Companies
Pay : Rs. 60,000/- (per month)

Name of Post: RBI Advisor (Vacancy: 01)
Qualification : “Postgraduate in Commerce/ Finance/ Financial Services/ Banking/ Economics/ Statistics with a good understanding of the industry and risk management practices knowledge of regulations, legal requirements, and sensitivity to supervisory.”
Age (as on 01.11.2024) : 65 years
Experience : 1. Minimum 2 years of experience. 2. Preference shall be given to officials retired from RBI.
Pay : Rs. 35,000/- (per month)

·    No application shall be entertained in KSBCDC/CMD if it is submitted either online or offline (other than the online portal).
·    KSBCDC/CMD reserves the right to fill or not fill the post advertised without assigning any reason.
·    The selected candidates will be liable to be posted at any of the offices of KSBCDC across Kerala in which the Mission is interested.
