Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing
- OR Postgraduate Degree in Agri-Business Management
- OR Postgraduate Degree in Food Science and Technology
Experience:
- Minimum 1-year experience in the dairy sector in a supervisory position is preferred.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 35 years (as on 01.01.2025)
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Remuneration: ₹47,000 (All Inclusive)
- Basic Pay: ₹35,000
- Travel Allowance (Max): ₹5,000
- Incentive (Max): ₹7,000

- Leading and mentoring regional sales teams
- Setting targets and forecasting business plans
- Conducting market studies and analysis
- Building relationships with modern trade, HoReCa, and key accounts
- Executing sales strategies and promotional activities
- Mapping freezer assets and gathering market intelligence
