Eligibility Criteria

Roles & Responsibilities
The TSI will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s sales network and driving revenue. Responsibilities include:
- Managing sales and distribution of value-added products
- Achieving sales targets for the assigned territory
- Leading and mentoring the distributor sales team
- Establishing and managing urban and rural distribution networks
- Introducing and appointing new distributors
- Generating timely and accurate MIS reports
- Conducting regular business reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
