Please read all the instructions carefully and do the registration of yourself (Ensure that
you apply for both designations or one designation alone in the Deloitte website and
then register in the Google sheet also. That means , if you are applying for both
designations/ Profile , you have to fill 3 Forms in total and if you are applying for
only one designation , you need to fill 2 forms.
