Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Engineering Posts: Diploma in relevant engineering disciplines (Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics/ Civil/ Chemical Engineering)
Accounts: Graduation + CA/CMA Intermediate
Wayside Amenities: B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BMS / BHM
Secretary: 10th + 12th + Degree
Quality Assurance: M.Sc Chemistry
Official Language: Master’s in Hindi

Work Experience

Junior Executive Posts – Minimum 5 years experience
Associate Executive Posts – Minimum 3 years experience

Age Limit (as on 01.04.2026)

Junior Executive & Secretary – Up to 32 years
Associate Executive – Up to 35 years
Age relaxation applicable as per government rules

Salary Details

Junior Executive / Secretary: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000
- Approx CTC: ₹12.28 LPA
Associate Executive: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
- Approx CTC: ₹17.11 LPA
Additional benefits include DA, HRA, allowances, and performance incentives.
