KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Credit due diligence including business, financial assessment and client interaction
• Finalisation of Credit application Memorandum [CAM], credit underwriting and approval
• Presenting the case to respective sanctioning committees for approval and issuance of sanction
• Maintain credit hygiene in allocated portfolio of clients
• Monitor to identify early warning signals and take prompt corrective action
• Communicate with stakeholders across teams to ensure health of portfolio remains robust

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics and other related fields
• Professional qualifications like MBA/CA/CS/CFA/ICWA etc, are preferred but not mandatory
• Prior work experience of minimum 3 years in banks/other financial institutions as part of credit/risk team
• Exposure to assessing funding requirements in the mid-market segment will be an added advantage

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Keep track of general economic trends, policies and their resultant impact • Knowledge of working capital products, hedging and project term loan assessment
• Strong in financial statement analysis and financial ratios
• Attention to Detail & ability to multitask
• Problem-solving approach and positive attitude
