Punjab National Bank (PNB) has officially released the Detailed Advertisement for the Recruitment of Local Bank Officers (LBO) – 2025. Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality:

Candidates must be:

A citizen of India, or
A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
A Tibetan refugee (came to India before 1st January 1962).

2. Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025):

Minimum: 20 years
Maximum: 30 years

Age Relaxation:

SC/ST – 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years
PwBD – 10 years
Ex-Servicemen – 5 years

3. Educational Qualification:

Candidates must be Graduates in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution.

4. Experience:

Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in Clerical/Officer Cadre in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank.

5. Language Proficiency:

Applicants must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the state they are applying for.

Selection Process

The PNB LBO Recruitment 2025 selection will be conducted in four stages:
