Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification (as on 30.09.2025):

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Final-year students may apply, provided they produce proof of graduation by 30.09.2025.

2. Age Limit (as on 01.04.2025):

21 to 30 years (born between 02.04.1995 and 01.04.2004, both inclusive)
Age relaxation available for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per government rules.

Selection Process:

The recruitment will be conducted in three phases:

Phase I: Preliminary Exam

Objective-type paper: English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning
1 hour duration, 100 marks

Phase II: Main Exam

Objective Test (200 marks) + Descriptive Test (50 marks)
Sections: Reasoning & Computer, Data Interpretation, General Awareness, English

Phase III: Psychometric Test + Group Exercise + Interview

Psychometric profiling for personality insights
Group Exercise (20 marks), Interview (30 marks)

Final merit will be based on Phase II (75%) and Phase III (25%) marks.

Exam Centers:

Exams will be conducted nationwide across major cities. Check the notification for detailed state-wise center lists.

Pay scale:

Starting Basic Pay: ₹48,480/- + 4 advance increments
Gross CTC (approx.): ₹20.43 LPA at Mumbai

Training & Bond:

Candidates will undergo pre-joining training.
Must sign a 3-year bond worth ₹2 lakhs.
