Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in the relevant disciplines from AICTE-approved institutions with First Class for General/OBC/EWS categories and Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

BEL Recruitment 2025 – Selection Process
The selection process will include:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Duration: 120 minutes
- Total Questions: 125 (100 Technical + 25 General Aptitude/Reasoning)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
- Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General/OBC/EWS – 35%
- SC/ST/PwBD – 30%
- Interview
- Shortlisted candidates (1:5 ratio) based on CBT performance will be called for interview.
- Final selection will be based on 85% weightage for CBT and 15% for interview.
Application Fee
- General/OBC (NCL)/EWS: ₹1000 + GST (₹1180 total)
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: No fee

Service Agreement
Selected candidates must execute a Service Agreement to serve BEL for 2 years. A sum of ₹2,00,000 will be payable for breach of the agreement.
