Vacancy Details – CSL Operator Recruitment 2025

1. Operator (Forklift / Aerial Work Platform)

• Total Vacancies: 24
  • UR – 10
  • OBC – 6

• Qualification:
  • Pass in VII Std
  • Valid Heavy Vehicle / Forklift Driving Licence
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year in operating Forklift / Aerial Work Platform

• Qualification:
  • Pass in VII Std
  • Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence

CSL Operator Salary 2025

• ₹27,000 per month during the first year
• Annual increment applicable
• Double-rate payment for extra hours (up to 25 hrs/month)

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 45 years as on 21 November 2025
• OBC (NCL): +3 years
• SC: +5 years
• Ex-Servicemen / Retired CAPF: Up to 60 years (with conditions)

Contract Period & Job Location

• Maximum 5-year contract based on project needs
• Posting at CSL Kochi / project sites / onboard ships
• Candidates must be willing to work anywhere as assigned by CSL

Selection Process

CSL will conduct a Practical Test (100 marks).

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

• UR / EWS: 50%
• OBC: 45% (only for OBC reserved posts)
• SC: 40% (only for SC reserved posts)

Shortlisting is based on documents uploaded online. Only candidates whose certificates are verified will be allowed to attend the Practical Test.
