Educational Qualification

Science Subjects

Candidates must have passed 10+2 / Intermediate with:

• Minimum 50% aggregate marks

• 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / IT / Instrumentation) with 50% marks overall and 50% in English

OR

• 2-year Vocational Course with Physics and Mathematics

Other Than Science Subjects

• 10+2 / Intermediate in any stream
• Minimum 50% aggregate and 50% in English

Age Limit (As on Enrollment)

• Date of Birth: Between 01 January 2006 and 01 July 2009 (both inclusive)
• Maximum Age at Enrolment: 21 Years

Marital Status

• Only unmarried candidates are eligible
• Candidates must remain unmarried during the 4-year engagement period
• Female candidates must undertake not to get pregnant during service

• Male: Minimum 152 cm
• Female: Minimum 152 cm

Selection Process

Phase-I: Online Test

• Objective-type exam
• Negative marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer

Exam Duration

• Science Subjects: 60 minutes
• Other Than Science: 45 minutes
• Both (if opted): 85 minutes

• Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
