A total of 350 vacancies have been announced. Reservation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwBD candidates as per Government of India guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025):
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 30 years
- Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10–15 years), Ex-servicemen, and confirmed LIC employees.
- Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution.
Salary & Benefits

- Basic Pay: ₹88,635/- per month
- Total Emoluments (in ‘A’ Class city): Approx. ₹1,26,000/- per month

Selection Process
The selection will be done in three phases followed by a medical test:
- Preliminary Exam (Qualifying in nature)
- Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language
- Duration: 1 hour
- No negative marking
- Main Exam
- Objective Tests (Reasoning, GK & Current Affairs, Data Analysis, Insurance & Financial Awareness) – 300 marks
- Descriptive English Test (Qualifying only) – 25 marks
- Interview – 60 marks
- Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination
Final merit will be prepared based on marks scored in the Main Exam + Interview.

Service Conditions
- Selected candidates will be on probation for 1 year (extendable to 2 years).
- A guarantee bond is required to serve LIC for at least 4 years, failing which a penalty of ₹5,00,000 will be applicable.
- Candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in India, mostly in mofussil branches.
