A total of 1543 vacancies are available for Field Engineer (Electrical & Civil) and Field Supervisor (Electrical, Civil & Electronics/Communication) across multiple regions in India. Eligibility Criteria

Field Engineer (Electrical)

• Qualification: Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical with at least 55% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Design/Engineering/Construction/Testing & Commissioning in RE/DMS/ST/TL/S/S.

Field Engineer (Civil)

• Qualification: Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil with 55% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in relevant Civil engineering projects.

Field Supervisor (Electrical)

• Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Electrical with 55% marks. (B.Tech/BE not allowed).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in construction/testing/commissioning of electrical works.

Field Supervisor (Civil)

• Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering with 55% marks. (Higher qualifications not allowed).
• Experience: 1 year in construction/testing/commissioning of civil works.

Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication)

• Qualification: Full-time Diploma in Electronics/Telecom/IT with 55% marks.
• Experience: 1 year in design/engineering/construction/testing of telecom systems.
• Age Limit: Maximum 29 years as on 17.09.2025 (Relaxations applicable as per Govt. of India rules).

Salary and Benefits

• Field Engineer: Initial basic pay ₹30,000 + DA + HRA + perks (Approx. CTC ₹8.9 LPA).
• Field Supervisor: Initial basic pay ₹23,000 + DA + HRA + perks (Approx. CTC ₹6.8 LPA).
• Annual increment of 3%.
• Benefits: EPF, Gratuity, Medical, Accident Insurance, Leave entitlement, etc.

Selection Process

1. Common FTE Written Test 2025 (Pan-India basis, 1-hour MCQ exam).
   • Technical Knowledge (50 Qs)
   • Aptitude (25 Qs: English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, GK)
   • No negative marking.
2. Interview (only for Field Engineers).
3. Document Verification & Medical Test.
