Working Days-5 days per week

Duties and Responsibilities:
⭕Be actively involved in recruitment,by preparing Job descriptions ,Posting ads and managing the Hiring Process.
⭕Maintaining Employee Records-Attendance and Personnel files
⭕Conducts Orientation Sessions for new hires
⭕Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
⭕Create a good rapport with various recruiters
⭕Assisting the accounts department in invoicing
