Available Positions and Requirements

BFK is inviting applications for the following positions:

1. General Manager

Vacancy: 1
Qualification: MBA in Finance from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in business management in a supervisory role.

2. Architect/Architect Firm

Vacancy: 1
Qualification: B.Arch. with a valid registration from the Council of Architects of India.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in designing apartments, educational institutions, hospitals, and office complexes.
Pay: Based on a per-square-foot quotation.

3. Assistant Project Manager & Senior Consultant

Vacancy: 1
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 15+ years in infrastructure project management, including estimation, tendering, quality control, and auditing.

4. Project Engineer & Consultant

Vacancy: 1
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 10+ years in infrastructure project management with expertise in estimation, tendering, and quality control.

5. Structural Consultant

Vacancy: 1
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering plus M.Tech/M.E. in Structural Engineering.
Experience: 10-15 years in structural design, with proficiency in AutoCAD and STAAD.
Alternative: Retired Executive Engineers with similar expertise can apply.

6. Geotechnical Consultant

Vacancy: 1
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering plus M.Tech/M.E. in Geotechnical Engineering.
Experience: 20+ years in geotechnical evaluation. Retired faculty from reputed institutions may apply.

7. Electrical Consultant

Vacancy: 1
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Experience: 10+ years in electrical layout design, estimation, supervision, and compliance with KSEB norms.

8. Site Engineer

Vacancy: 1
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
- B.Tech/B.E. holders: 5+ years in site supervision.
- Diploma holders: 7+ years in site supervision.

9. Site Supervisor

Vacancy: 1
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 5+ years in site supervision.

10. Accountant

Vacancy: 1
Qualification: B.Com.
Experience: 5+ years in accounting with Tally knowledge.
