Chest: 81.3 cm with 5 cm expansion
Relaxation:

Vision Standards (Without Glasses)

Distant Vision: 6/6 (both eyes)
Near Vision: 0.5 Snellen
Full field of vision
No colour blindness, squint or eye defects
Must be free from physical defects such as:
- Knock-knee
- Flat foot
- Varicose veins
- Bow legs
- Deformed limbs
- Irregular/protruded teeth
- Defects in speech/hearing
Medical Certificate from Civil Surgeon required

100 m Run: 14 seconds
High Jump: 132.20 cm
Long Jump: 457.20 cm
Shot Put (7.264 kg): 609.60 cm
Cricket Ball Throw: 6096 cm
Rope Climbing (hands only): 365.80 cm
Pull Ups / Chinning: 8 times
1500 m Run: 5 minutes 44 seconds

Training & Probation

Training at Regional/State Institute of Correctional Administration
Probation: 2 years within 3 years
