Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized university is mandatory.
- For SC/ST candidates, if sufficient graduate candidates are unavailable, those who have passed the Intermediate/Pre-University Examination may be considered to fill reserved quotas.
Age Limit
- Category I (Open Market): 20-31 years (born between 02/01/1993 and 01/01/2004).
- Category II (Ministerial Staff) and Category III (Constabulary Staff): Should not exceed 36 years as of 01/01/2024.

For Male Candidates:

Selection Process
1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates must qualify in at least five of the following events:
For Male Candidates:
- 100m run (14 seconds)
- High jump (132.20 cm)
- Long jump (457.20 cm)
- 1500m run (5 minutes 44 seconds)
- Rope climbing, pull-ups, and other tests
For Female Candidates:
- 100m run (17 seconds)
- High jump (1.06 m)
- Long jump (3.05 m)
- Skipping (80 times in one minute)
- Shuttle race, throwing events, and more
2. Written/OMR/Online Test
The syllabus and schedule for the test will be announced separately.
3. Training
- Selected candidates will undergo one year of training at the Police Training College.
- This is followed by 10½ months of practical training in the district.
- During training, candidates will receive a stipend.
