The Kudumbashree Broiler Farmers’ Producer Company Limited (KBFPCL), a project initiated by the Government of Kerala, has announced its latest recruitment drive for Assistant HR Manager, Assistant Purchase Manager, and Sales Executive positions. This initiative aims to support the production and distribution of quality Kudumbashree Kerala Chicken at affordable prices across Kerala.

Job Openings and Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant HR Manager

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources Management
Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR management
Age Limit: 35 years
Salary: ₹35,000/- per month

2. Assistant Purchase Manager

Qualification: MBA in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
Experience: 5 years (with at least 2 years in procurement or a relevant field)
Age Limit: 35 years
Salary: ₹35,000/- per month

3. Sales Executive

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (preferably in the FMCG sector)
Age Limit: 30 years
Salary: ₹20,000/- per month

General Instructions for Applicants

Candidates must be Indian citizens.
The initial appointment will be for one year, extendable based on performance.
All degrees must be full-time from an AICTE/UGC-approved institution.

Experience certificates must include date of joining, relieving, job responsibilities, and employer details.
The selection process may include written tests, skill assessments, interviews, or a combination of these.

Job Responsibilities

Assistant HR Manager

Managing recruitment, training, employee relations, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor laws.

Assistant Purchase Manager

Handling procurement, supplier negotiations, inventory management, and cost control.

Sales Executive

Driving sales, maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
