Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a B.Com Degree with at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination.
- Preference will be given to male candidates.
Age Limit
- Applicants must be below 25 years of age.
- Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided as per government norms.
Stipend Details
- 1st Year: ₹11,500 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹12,000 per month
- 3rd Year: ₹12,500 per month
- The maximum training period is 3 years, depending on performance.
Training Period & Conditions
- The training period is up to 3 years (non-extendable).
- The company reserves the right to reduce the training period.
- Trainees will be governed by the Training and Development Scheme of Oil Palm India Limited.
- Candidates who complete training will not have preference in regular employment.
