Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a B.Com Degree with at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination.
Preference will be given to male candidates.

Age Limit

Applicants must be below 25 years of age.
Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided as per government norms.

Stipend Details

1st Year: ₹11,500 per month
2nd Year: ₹12,000 per month
3rd Year: ₹12,500 per month
The maximum training period is 3 years, depending on performance.

Training Period & Conditions

The training period is up to 3 years (non-extendable).
The company reserves the right to reduce the training period.
Trainees will be governed by the Training and Development Scheme of Oil Palm India Limited.
Candidates who complete training will not have preference in regular employment.
