Job Responsibilities

Operators will assist the Shift-in-Charge and Chargeman in the operation of the plant at all levels, as needed. The job involves working in a three-shift (relay) schedule.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Directorate of Technical Education, Kerala or an equivalent qualification approved by the Government of Kerala.

Age Limit

Maximum age: 36 years as of the date of notification (24 June 2025).
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.

Training & Probation

Selected candidates will undergo 1 year of training, followed by a 1-year probation upon successful completion of training.

Desirable Qualification

Preference will be given to male candidates who have completed one year of apprenticeship training in any factory.
