Salary and Pay Scale

Candidates selected as Administrative Officer (Scale I) will receive an attractive salary package.

Basic Pay: ₹50,925
Pay Scale: ₹50,925 – ₹85,925 – ₹96,765
Approximate Gross Salary: ₹85,000 per month (Metro Cities)

Additional benefits include pension under NPS, gratuity, medical benefits, leave travel subsidy, group insurance, and company-leased accommodation.

Educational Qualification

For Generalist Officers
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 60% marks.
For SC/ST candidates, minimum marks required are 55%.

For Hindi (Rajbhasha) Officers
Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with the other language as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level, with 60% marks.
For SC/ST candidates, 55% marks are required.

The qualifying examination must be completed on or before 30 November 2025.

Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 30 Years

The OICL AO selection process consists of three stages.
