Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
- Help with employee engagement initiatives
- Support the HR team in projects
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and one or more Indian languages (Hindi /Tamil/ Kannada / Marathi / Gujarati / Bengali / Punjabi )
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have own laptop and mobile.
