Program 1 : National Apprentice Promotion Scheme (NAPS)

Enrolment : NAPS apprentices registered through Third Party Aggregator (TPA) approved by Government
Qualification : 8th/ 10th / 12th / ITI – any Trade/Degree (With arrears).
Age : 18-35
NAPS Certificate : Certificate will be given on successful completion of tenure of three years by Government.
Stipend details for NAPS Trainee
Year:- 1st Year:- ₹ 17,500/-
2nd Year:- ₹ 18,000/-
3rd Year:- ₹ 18,500/-

Program 2.Learn and Earn Development (LEAD)

Enrolment: LEAD Trainee registered through LEAD courses offered by Bharat Sevak Samaj – New Delhi in collaboration with TVS Educational Society.
Qualification:-Diploma & Engineering Graduates (B.E.) any stream and Arts & Science Graduates (BA, BSC, B.COM, BCA etc.)
Age : 18-25
Stipend details for LEAD Trainee
Year:- First Year:-₹ 19,500/-
2nd Year:-₹ 20,500/-
3rd Year:-₹ 21,500/-
Bonus (90% attendance)
1st Year:- ₹ 10,000/-
2nd Year:- ₹ 20,000/-
3rd Year:- ₹ 30,000/-
