Executive – QA

Job description:-

1. setting up SOP and food safety and quality standards and procedures for the 3P activity of production and internal activity of packing.

2. Application support, overseeing and conformance to quality standards set, in consensus with the NPD for all snacks manufactured at 3P and packed internally

3. Arrange/ coordinate sensory evaluation sessions for the snacks product from RM till FG pack and continuous shelf life evaluation as required.

4. Conduct periodic planned shelf life evaluation internally and externally and present with observations and correction proposals

5, Packing material QA, conformance and inventory control at 3P

6. Documentation, SAP (knowledge preferred) and other procedures as required and conformation to stocks and its aging at all locations

7. Basic planning for SKU wise quantity requirements ordering for SFG and FG in discussion with manufacturing, packing, sales team and logistics.

Level: Executive

Base Location : 3P, and on-call or planned presence at Pancode/ packing / logistics unit.

Preference: candidate with 2 years in similar profile and in snack industry.
