EdCIL (India) Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-1 CPSE under the Ministry of Education, has announced Phase III of its recruitment drive for STEM teachers on behalf of the Royal Government of Bhutan. This initiative seeks to appoint qualified Indian Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) in Mathematics, ICT/Computer Science, and Chemistry for higher secondary schools across Bhutan.

- Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in the relevant field from a recognized university with at least 60% marks.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory for Mathematics and Chemistry applicants and preferable for Computer Science/ICT candidates.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject for grades 9 to 12.
- Candidates with university-level teaching experience will be considered if they have prior school teaching experience.
- Salary
- The teachers shall be paid a consolidated gross remuneration of Rs. 1,40,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty Thousand only) per month from the date of joining.
- The tenure of posting shall be for minimum of 2 year and the teachers may be posted and relocated anywhere in Bhutan depending on the requirement of the Royal Government of Bhutan
- Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in teaching in English.
- High proficiency in using technology for education in the respective subjects.
- Maximum age of 55 years as of December 25, 2024.
- Good physical fitness without medical conditions that could impede service delivery during the contract term.
