Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, candidates must be Indian Nationals.
Age Limit: Applicants must be between 21 and 30 years old as of the closing date of applications. Age relaxations apply for reserved categories, including OBC (NCL) (up to 33 years), SC/ST (up to 35 years), and PwBD (up to 45 years for SC/ST PwBD).
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must meet the specific requirements detailed in the official notification’s Annexure A by the application closing date.

POST	EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Telecom Operations	Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology degree or equivalent engineering degree with minimum 60% marks on a regular full time basis in any of the following discipline: – Electronics and telecommunication Electronics Computer Science Information Technology Electrical Instrumentation Or Combination of these discipline as core with other associated emerging branches.
Finance	1. Charted Accountant (CA) 2. Cost and Management Accountancy (CMА)

Selection and Examination Process

The selection is based on a Computer-Based Multiple Choice-Objective Type Test.
Exam Structure: The test lasts 180 minutes and consists of two parts:
Part-I (Aptitude): 40 Marks/Questions.
Part-II (Technical – Telecom or Finance): 160 Marks/Questions.
Marking Scheme: Each correct answer earns 1 mark, while each wrong answer results in a deduction of 0.25 marks.
Qualifying Marks: General candidates must score at least 40% in each part and 50% overall. For SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS candidates, the requirement is 35% in each part and 45% overall.

Training and Service Bond

Selected candidates must execute a service bond of Rs. 9 Lakhs to serve BSNL for at least five years. The 52-week training program includes common managerial training, functional stream training, and on-the-job training.
