Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification:
- MBA, or
- Graduate in Dairy Technology / Food Technology
Experience: Minimum 2 years in FMCG sales
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Malayalam
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and reasoning skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Highly energetic and goal-driven

Roles & Responsibilities

The TSI will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s sales network and driving revenue. Responsibilities include:

Managing sales and distribution of value-added products
Achieving sales targets for the assigned territory
Leading and mentoring the distributor sales team
Establishing and managing urban and rural distribution networks
Introducing and appointing new distributors
Generating timely and accurate MIS reports
Conducting regular business reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
