⭕Will be activating patients on Insulin and train them on the process of insulin initiation
⭕Provides education to clients and family members regarding self-care, maintaining optimal health, and preventing complications
⭕Will be responsible for Patient home visits and would be sitting at Doctor clinic for OPD
⭕Reporting to Project Manager, on daily reports
⭕No. of visit per Day: – either of the below
Attending 1 OPD/per day and/or 4-5 patient home visits &/or 2-3 Doctor visit
Total visit count per day of at least 8 which includes Doctor, patient & OPD

⭕Qualification: DMLT/ MLT/ Pharma/Any Science Graduate
⭕Skills:Excellent communication, pleasing personality and conversation skills (most important factor for recruitment)
⭕Good communication in English, Regional language
⭕Working experience in Hospital/Healthcare sector would be added advantage
⭕Having good counseling experience in handling patient queries would be added advantage
⭕Willing to travel within city
⭕Must be having vehicle with Licence.
