Educational Qualification & Experience

Technical Assistant

Educational Qualification

• 3-year Diploma in Electronics / IT / Computer Science / Computer Hardware Engineering (full-time regular course)
• Institution must be recognized by the Government of Kerala

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience as full-time on-site IT technical support in Government Departments, Courts, or PSUs

Desirable Qualification

• 6 months experience in courts under the e-Courts Project or similar judiciary IT initiatives

Data Entry Operator

Educational Qualification

• 3-year Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Hardware / Electronics
  OR
• Any Degree (full-time regular course) with Certificate in Computer Word Processing / Data Entry Operation

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in word processing, data entry, managing e-Seva Kendra, or handling ICT equipment in Government Departments, Courts, or PSUs

Desirable Qualification

• 6 months experience in courts under e-Courts or similar projects

Tenure of Appointment

The initial appointment will be up to 31 March 2026, with possible extension based on government approval and performance evaluation

Selection Process

• Skill Test and/or Interview
• If applications are high, a written test may be conducted for shortlisting
• A ranked list will be prepared based on performance

• ₹600 per post

  • Offline challan (as per schedule)
