Educational Qualification & Eligibility

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Qualification:
- GNM with MOH or DHA License as Assistant Nurse
- Candidates with Dataflow or ongoing Dataflow are also eligible
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Hospital / Clinic / Homecare
Age Limit: 20 – 40 years
Height & Weight:
- Minimum height 5 feet
- BMI calculation applicable
Language:
- Good communication skills in English

Required Nursing Skills

Applicants should be skilled in:

Ads

Tracheostomy care
Catheter care
Bedsore prevention and treatment
Enteral feeding via NGT or PEG
Independent homecare nursing
Strong observation, communication, and critical thinking skills

Working Hours & Overtime

Duty Schedule:
- 15 days × 24 hours = 360 hours per month
Overtime:
- Eligible for overtime payment if duty exceeds 360 hours per month

Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates will receive the following benefits:

Monthly Salary: AED 3,500
Employment Visa & Contract:
- Provided by company
- Contract period: 24 months (2 years)
Accommodation:
- Rent-free accommodation
- Utility bills (SEWA & Internet) approx. AED 100–150 per month
Transportation:
- Free pick-up and drop-off provided
Medical Insurance:
- Free basic medical insurance
- In-house GP consultation – Free of cost
- Lab investigations & IV injections at cost price
