Candidates Selection Criteria

Age Criteria: 23-38

Physical Appearance

Candidates should be Fit and Clear from any pre existing illnesses, major surgeries or disabilities . Candidates should not be overweight. Candidates should not have visible Tattoos, broken teeth or cut marks on face, problems related to height phobia, eyesight, or hearing. Candidates should be physically strong & able to work in harsh conditions.

Level of English Communication:

Candidates should have L2 Literacy in English

Experience:

1-2 years of experience as a Lasher in a Port industry

Technical Competencies:

Dexterity Rigging & Slinging Knowledge of Safety rules & precautions Working at Height Work cage

Remuneration

Basic Salary 500
Food Allowance 350
Attendance Allowance 100
Amount (Monthly) 950

Bi -Annual Travel:

The company will provide, once in every two years, a round trip.Economy class air-ticket between place of domicile as decided by the company and Dubai for the employee only.

Job profile

To lash / unlash Containers on board vessel under the supervision of the foreman in a safe and efficient manner. 2. Lashing Material arrangements in particular place as advised by foreman for next utilization or transportation to empty yard. 3. To attend under deck operation to put dowel on the top of container to speed up back loading time. 4. To accurately provide signal under the gantry crane for Tractor Parking Position to ground containers to avoid accidents or disruptions. 5. To arrange all Materials for loading/discharging heavy lift bulk cargo handling under the crane to assist in the smooth handling of port operations
