General Recruitment Positions

Junior Operator (Grade I) – Pay Scale: ₹23,000 – ₹78,000/-

Special Recruitment Drive for PwBD Candidates

Junior Attendant (Grade I) – Pay Scale: ₹23,000 – ₹78,000/-
Junior Business Assistant (Grade III) – Pay Scale: ₹25,000 – ₹1,05,000/-

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Junior Operator (Grade I): Candidates must have completed Matriculation (Class X) and possess a two-year ITI certification in a relevant trade.
Junior Attendant (Grade I) [PwBD]: Applicants must have completed Higher Secondary (Class XII) with a minimum of 40% marks.
Junior Business Assistant (Grade III) [PwBD]: Candidates should be graduates in any discipline, with a minimum of 45% marks and basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Work Experience Requirements

Junior Operator (Grade I) and Junior Business Assistant (Grade III) require a minimum of one year of relevant post-qualification work experience.
Apprentice training undertaken under the Apprentices Act may be considered as work experience upon producing the relevant certification.

Age Limit & Reservations

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 26 years (as of January 31, 2025)
Age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates per government regulations.

Selection Process

The selection process comprises multiple stages:

Computer-Based Test (CBT): Candidates will be tested on their professional knowledge, numerical ability, reasoning skills, and general awareness.
Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT) or Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): This test ensures that candidates have the required practical knowledge and skills for the respective roles.
Document Verification & Medical Fitness Test: Shortlisted candidates must pass a document verification stage and a medical fitness examination before receiving an offer.
