Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduation.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, tendering, and administrative roles. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

The Office Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting HLL’s administrative and procurement functions. Key duties include:

  1. Procurement Support: Preparing tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders; coordinating with internal teams.
  2. Tender Management: Monitoring tenders, compiling submissions, and maintaining records of outcomes.
  3. Sanction Note Tracking: Logging approvals, liaising with finance/legal teams, and ensuring compliance.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Managing records, scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and supporting audits.
  5. Communication: Acting as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.
  6. Reporting: Maintaining procurement trackers and generating monthly/quarterly reports.

Selection Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will undergo a 30-minute written test (maximum marks: 50).
  • Document verification is mandatory. Original certificates for age, education, experience, salary slips, Aadhaar, PAN, and community certificates (if applicable) must be submitted.
