Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduation.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, tendering, and administrative roles. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.

Key Responsibilities
The Office Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting HLL’s administrative and procurement functions. Key duties include:
- Procurement Support: Preparing tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders; coordinating with internal teams.
- Tender Management: Monitoring tenders, compiling submissions, and maintaining records of outcomes.
- Sanction Note Tracking: Logging approvals, liaising with finance/legal teams, and ensuring compliance.
- Administrative Tasks: Managing records, scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and supporting audits.
- Communication: Acting as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Reporting: Maintaining procurement trackers and generating monthly/quarterly reports.
