Recruitment of Local Bank Officers (LBO) in UCO Bank : 250 Vacancies

UCO Bank has officially announced its recruitment drive for Local Bank Officers (LBO) for the year 2025-26, under Advertisement No. HO/HRM/RECR/2024-25/COM-75. Vacancy Details

UCO Bank has released 250 vacancies across various states, with mandatory proficiency in the local language of the respective state. Candidates can apply for one state only. The details are as follows: 15 vacancies in Kerala

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (as of 01-01-2025):

• Minimum: 20 years
• Maximum: 30 years
• Relaxations are available for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, and other categories.

2. Educational Qualification:

• A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates must possess their degree certificate and provide percentage details when applying.

3. Language Proficiency: Candidates should be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the state they are applying for.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of:

1. Online Written Examination:
   • Subjects:
     • Reasoning & Computer Aptitude (45 Qs, 60 marks)
     • General/Economy/Banking Awareness (40 Qs, 40 marks)
     • English Language (35 Qs, 40 marks)
     • Data Analysis & Interpretation (35 Qs, 60 marks)
   • Total duration: 3 hours.
   • Penalty: 0.25 marks deducted for wrong answers.
2. Language Proficiency Test: Candidates must pass this test unless exempted by valid certificates from their 10th or 12th standard education.
3. Personal Interview:
   • Total Marks: 100
   • Minimum qualifying marks: 40% (35% for reserved categories).

The final selection will be based on a combined score of the online test and interview in an 80:20 ratio.

• SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175 (inclusive of GST)
• Others: ₹850 (inclusive of GST)
